Dear Paracelsus Community,
warm greetings to all our valued patients and friends of Paracelsus! As we begin a new year filled with opportunities, we are excited to reflect on the past year and share our plans for what lies ahead.
This past year, we celebrated Ms. Sonja Bacus’s remarkable 16-year journey as a dedicated nutritionist and therapist at Paracelsus Clinic. Her commitment and expertise have been integral to our mission of promoting long-term health. We are also deeply thankful for her invaluable contributions to the Culinarium, where she steps in to assist with cooking, showcasing her versatility and dedication.
Reflecting on 2024, we are proud to share some key achievements. We successfully launched a user-friendly website designed to enhance our digital presence and improve access to information and services for our patients.
Following a necessary pause during the pandemic, we relaunched the Paracelsus Academy, which has once again become a dynamic platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and international events. One of the Academy’s major initiatives was the launch of a 5-Day Study Tour, introducing Biological Medicine through seminars and hands-on treatment experiences. This tour has received glowing feedback from participants. A major highlight of our Academy activities was a landmark event organized together with Peking International University Hospital, held in partnership with Xinhua Net Agency in China. This event reached an astounding 2.3 million people, further spreading the message of Biological Medicine and its transformative potential in Asia.
In alignment with our commitment to continuous improvement, we held regular team meetings to enhance our services and patient experience. The positive feedback received from our patients has been truly gratifying. We also embarked on an exciting collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Martin Benninger from the renowned restaurant Segreto in St. Gallen. Together with our own Culinarium chef Claudio Curcillo, Chef Martin Benninger developed a special Paracelsus menu that blends culinary artistry with nutritional health, benefiting both our patients and restaurant guests.
Plasma-Apheresis treatment has been a cornerstone of our therapeutic offerings. Building on its success from last year, we are launching a Paracelsus advanced detoxification program this year. This initiative aims to enhance the long-term benefits of Plasma-Apheresis by incorporating supplementary treatments, elevating detoxification to new heights with lasting results.
As we move forward in 2025, our goals are ambitious and focused. We aim to broaden the reach of the Paracelsus Academy, fostering international collaboration and innovation in healthcare education. In the realm of patient care, we will continue enhancing medical services and therapies, ensuring personalized attention and high-quality care for our patients. Perfect quality and safety management is always our main goal, and we will continue to improve, of course. Our Culinarium will continue to offer exceptional menus that promote holistic well-being. Finally, we are committed to expanding our outreach efforts, bringing the principles of Biological Medicine to a wider global audience, and we look forward to working with more partners who share the same vision.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our patients for their unwavering trust and support. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we welcome your thoughts as we strive to serve you even better.
