The Academy’s specialised events showcase various aspects of the biological medical approach to complex and challenging conditions such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory and infectious disorders including chronic Lyme disease, neurological conditions, and other illnesses classified as idiopathic.

From Clinic to Academy: Advancing Biological Medicine Since 1958
Paracelsus Academy has its roots in the educational department of the Paracelsus Clinic founded in 1958 by Dr. Winkelmann. Driven by a passion for natural and holistic medicine, Dr. Winkelmann dedicated his career to advancing Biological Medicine and sharing this knowledge with healthcare professionals. In recognition of its educational mission, the Paracelsus Academy was officially renamed and accredited by ASCA (Association for Complementary Medicine) in 2015.
