Terms and Conditions / Cancellation

Only upon receipt of the full seminar fee will the seminar be activated and participation confirmed. Should you need to cancel your participation, we kindly ask you to notify us immediately in writing.

For seminars held at the Paracelsus Clinic:

• Up to 4 weeks prior to the course: no cancellation fees apply.
• Less than 4 weeks prior to the course: a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost applies.
• Less than 7 days prior to the course: a cancellation fee of 35% of the total cost applies.
• In the event of non-attendance, the full seminar fee will be charged.

By registering, I agree to the terms and conditions of participation. The Paracelsus Academy treats all data confidentially. Data will not be shared with third parties unless this is essential for the organization of the continuing education programs or for the registration of continuing education credits (e.g. in cooperation with partner universities, business schools, or other educational institutions). Data will only be stored for as long as strictly necessary.
